The hotel's location near the town center and the national park was so convenient. We were able to explore both easily and enjoy everything the area had to offer. The rooms were cozy and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a balcony to relax on. The English B&B-style kettle in the kitchenette was a nice touch, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast spread was delicious and gave us plenty of energy for the day ahead.

Great location, just a few steps away from the town center and natural park entry. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and outdoor jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing break. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

It could have been better. The Wi-Fi was terribly slow, barely working. The staff was not friendly at all, looking tired and uninterested. It was also overpriced for what it offered.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. the location was exceptional - right near the entrance to the Kamenjak Natural Park and close to the town centre. I loved being able to easily access the many beautiful beaches of Kamenjak. Secondly, the attention to detail and service were remarkable. The rooms had basic amenities but everything was clean and well-maintained. The firm bed and the balcony were added bonuses. Lastly, the optional breakfast was fantastic, reminding me of a traditional English B&B with a kettle in the rooms.

We booked a week at Bed & Breakfast Villa Adriana and it was absolutely delightful. The hosts were lovely, the rooms were spacious with a small garden, and the cleaning service was unexpected but appreciated. The pool and sun terrace were charming, and the location next to the entrance of Kamenjak National Park was perfect. Plus, the rich breakfast and family-owned atmosphere made it a great place for families and couples alike.

We had an amazing time at a B&B located in a peaceful and convenient area, close to a nature reserve. The room was spacious and had a small garden. The bathroom was spotless, and cleaning service was provided multiple times a week. Breakfast was rich and varied with delicious sweets. The pool, sun terrace, and bar were definite advantages. The friendly staff made us feel at home.

The checkout time could have been a little later for those who are not early birds.

We spent a great Easter break at this lovely B&B. The apartments were clean and comfortable, with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the freshwater pool, which was perfect after a long day exploring the nearby national park. The location was ideal for us, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The wifi signal was not strong enough in our apartment and we had constant connection issues. the towels provided were old and had a used feeling, even though they were clean.

Amazing hosts and staff, comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful pool and relaxing spa, great kitchen facilities in apartments, wonderful garden lounge areas, and perfect location next to the Kamenjak park.
